| The Euresys Picolo series are PCI frame grabbers
with an outstanding price/quality ratio. They
are featured for standard composite video acquisition
in color (PAL, NTSC) or in monochrome format (CCIR, EIA).
The Picolo capture cards support the acquisition
of full standard resolution images (640 x 480 or 768 x
576). Individual frames as well as video sequences can
be captured directly to the PC memory. Any image
format is supported thanks to a high-quality hardware
scaler. Arbitrary cropping to a region of interest is
built-in. The Picolo series generate bitmaps in all popular
color formats such as RGB, YUV, planar or packed. The
Picolo series come with the MultiCam driver and are compatible
with eVision, the image analysis tools from Euresys. |
The
Domino series is a range of PCI and Compact PCI frame
grabbers. The Domino boards are compatible with standard
and non-standard analog cameras.
New Domino Series
 The
D3 Technology* combines the simplicity and
robustness of the analog acquisition with the advantages
of a perfect digital image.

Camera Link is a digital communication interface
for vision applications. The interface extends the base
technology of Channel Link to provide a specification
more useful for vision applications.
For years, the scientific and industrial digital video
market has lacked a standard method of communication.
Both frame grabber and camera manufacturers developed
products with different connectors, making cable production
difficult for manufacturer and very confusing for consumers.
A connectivity standard between digital cameras and
frame grabbers is long overdue and will become even
more necessary as data rates continue to increase. |
